LOCATION: BETTONE (PERUGIA)
The restorated building is part of a series of buildings made in the park of “Villa del Boccaglione”. The project involved the partial demolition of the building, the consolidation of the remaining parts of it and the new building of the demolished sites. It was built a basement with asbestos cement walls and a new overhead steel structure and supporting stonework . The cover made of wood through the use of beams and joists in chestnut, pianellato, further jet of the base, isolating panel, sheathing and antique tiles roofing. Externally the building has been plastered and painted with lime.
